Project Overview

The TCMF app is the official companion app for Australia’s largest country music festival. It supports real-time gig updates, ticketing, stage maps, livestreaming, and personalized festival planning. I led Flutter development with offline caching, multi-environment deployment, and event-based push notifications.

My Responsibilities

• UI/UX design for festival schedule, venue map, livestream, and profiles
• State management using Bloc + HydratedBloc for persistent session state
• API integration with event, artist, and ticket data
• Push notifications using Firebase Messaging
• User authentication and profile management
• Offline support with HydratedBloc and local storage
• Environment management via Flutter flavors and dotenv
• Crash monitoring with Firebase Crashlytics
